A 3000 Mile Road Trip

Our in-house photographer Maarten Vandewinkel took a two week road trip in December 2013 to visit the National Parks of Utah and Arizona in the Winter season. He came back with the following stop motion video of the images taken over the 2 weeks.

The itinerary totalled around 3000 miles crossing CA, NV, UT and AZ. He started from the Bay Area in CA over Highway 50 (loneliest road in America) crossing Nevada into Utah. The first park is Arches Nat Park, followed by Canyonlands Nat Park (Island in the Sky), Dead Horse State Park, Canyonlands Nat Park (Needles District), Valley of the Gods, Monument Valley, Horse Shoe Bend in Page, Lower Antelope Canyon near Page, Bryce Canyon Nat Park, Zion Nat Park, Grand Canyon Nat Park and finally Joshua Tree Nat Park.

Let's Pursue Life!
